I love this program because it has taught me about myself. I have a greater understanding of how I personally tackle problems, how consistent (or inconsistent I can be), and how habits take time. It is all from the subconscious mind and programming that has been established throughout our life. We need to reprogram our subconscious mind when it comes to establishing a new habit, so we can become healthy as a Whole. WHOLISTIC HEALTH includes the "WHOLE being" of who we are...not just the physical health but the mental, spiritual, environmental, social, relational, financial and intellectual health. I would DEFINITELY recommend this program...for everyone!
